Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Campaign, we provide products built on precision and exclusivity. Our policy ensures the rights of both the Kingdom and its members.

 

1. Timeframe

Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

 

2. Condition of Item

Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

We strictly reject any items showing signs of use, including but not limited to: perfumes, body odors, stains, or animal/human hair. If the item is not in its "brand new" state, the request will be automatically declined.

 

3. Limited Pieces (Castles Collections)

Due to the extreme rarity of our Castle drops (Limited Pieces), exchanges are not guaranteed as stock is often unavailable.

In case of a return for a limited piece, once the stock is gone, it is gone forever.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Manufacturing Defects: Campaign covers all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Other Reasons (Size/Preference): The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

 

5. Refund Process

Refunds are only processed after the item reaches our facility and passes a professional quality inspection.

If the item is found damaged or altered, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds will be issued via (InstaPay, Electronic Wallets, Bank Transfer, or Fawry) depending on the situation. The process may take up to a few business hours after the professional inspection is completed.

 

6. Right of Refusal

Campaign reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. We prioritize the integrity of our pieces for the sake of our community.
