Shipping Policy

Campaign currently ships within Egypt only.

African and European shipping are planned, with global expansion to follow.

 

All orders are prepared and handed to the shipping carrier within one business day whenever possible.

Once the order is handed over, a tracking number is shared with the customer.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Cairo & Giza:

Delivery within 24 to 72 business hours.

All other cities:

Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

 

Shipping Carriers

Orders are currently shipped through Egypt Post.

Campaign may use additional carriers in the future, including integrated shipping services, without prior notice, in order to improve delivery efficiency.

 

Payment Method

At this stage, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment option.

Additional payment methods will be introduced later.

 

Order Inspection

Orders are to be paid before inspection.

Inspection policies may change in the future and will be updated accordingly.

 

Responsibility & Delays

Campaign is responsible for:

Preparing the order accurately

Handing it over to the carrier on time

Providing tracking details

Once the order is handed to the carrier:

Delivery timelines and delays are under the carrier’s responsibility

Campaign will follow up and assist when delays occur

Campaign is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier

 

Limited Pieces

Some limited or exclusive pieces may require additional handling time.

In such cases, delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe.

Campaign commits to fulfilling these orders as promptly as possible.
